Sanctuary Farm Lake Naivasha

Sanctuary Farm is the perfect base to explore the surrounding area, boasting beautiful sites including Mt Longonot, rock climbing & gorge walking in Hell’s Gate, game viewing in Nakuru Park, among others. One doesn’t need to leave the farm to enjoy horse riding, walking, bird watching and cycling in a safe private environment, whilst enjoying the numerous species of wildlife and world class birdlife that are protected on our farm away from the madding crowds Sanctuary farm is a unique paradise defying the 21st century. The cows roam the lake-side meadows and are milked by the hands of a dedicated team of milkers. Sharing the land is an abundance of wildlife including a myriad of amazing bird life, wildebeest, impala, hyena, zebra, giraffe and their bigger Neighbour’s the buffalo and hippopotamus. All the animals are completely wild and although they are habituated to people on foot or on horseback, they need to be treated with caution and respect- this means not getting too close!
